As a senior property manager, I have relied upon JL Architects for nearly 15 years. While I have represented different companies on different types of projects during that time, JL Architects has been my first-choice and preference for their hard-headed, yet elegant approach to problem-solving and the design necessary to do so. JLA is a partner in the process, taking direction from us as the client, but helping us avoid blind alleys, and costly mistakes. Over the years, JLA has not done a single “typical” project for me. I strongly recommend JLA for their creativity, resilience and timeliness.
JLA has been an excellent partner on many of my projects. We have worked through many delivery methods and I can count on them as a team member to deliver solutions. JLA invest the time up front to completely understand the project, create a plan and work through it. They are not only creative, but also accountable for the work product considering all the project needs- cost, schedule and quality.
Responsible & valuable team member
If issues arise in the field, JL is there in a heartbeat with a solution not far behind. As a General Contractor, I highly value a good architect who is able to design a usable, buildable product that functions on and off the drawing board. I wish every project was a Lister project!
